How to Leave a Rant
SprintRants.com is an open sounding page to let you release all that built up tention you have after you get done dealing with a sprint “customer service” representative. What is a rant you ask?
rant: a loud bombastic declamation expressed with strong emotion
Be loud, be bombastic, rant, don’t rave, and tell us all what you think about SprintPCS and Sprints customer service. Do you have a cell phone and dial *2 with them same distaste in your mouth as I do. If you do then leave a rant or comment on someone elses rant. Sprint has no way of knowing who left what so be real.
2 Rants this month
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

I have been with sprint for eight years, two of them under a shared plan.
Comment by john mackowski 111 — September 6, 2008 @ 6:11 pmunder this plan I had two phones, me and my brother. I got married and decided my brother should get his own plan, wich was agood time because my contract was up. So I called Sprint and told them I wanted to re-up my contract without my brother gave them the phone # and told them my brother has already talked with sprint and set up an account with them and is waiting for his new phone to arrive. BIG
MISTAKE they saw thier oppurtunity to F–k me and guess what they did ?
My monthly bill came it is $450.00, they charged $250.00 for my brother breaking his contract early. This Piece of SHIT company and thier dishonest customer service people kept my brothers old phone on my new contract and then took it off and charged $250.00. It only gets better, since I re- upped my new contract, my phone drops most of my calls and stays searching for a signal. I think Sprint has became too big and Greedy, you can tell this by the Arrogant Thieving Shitty attitude they portray through thier customer service, and the customer service waiting in limboe F–k you operators. I have put up with this for eight years, but this is the big one! I am going to tell every one who will listen from this day forward, SPRINT is a corperate SHITBAG that screws it’s customers knowingly and promotes this attitud to it’s workers, to prove this, call your SPRINT customer service. I will dump SPRINT first chance I get, and get charged again for breaking my contract, but I will be free of these ASSHOLES once and for all.
john mackowski 111 — ETF fee is 150.00-200.00 per line on acct. If you were charged 250.00 flat fee it was not the Early Termination Fee, but possibly ETF along with some other charge maybe? You may want to check your bill again. If you were indeed charged the 200.00 ETF, then it sounds as if either both lines contracts were renewed, or your brothers line the contract was not up yet?. If that is the case did you receive any new phones for either line or both lines or did you receive say a 50.00-75.00 discount for each line of service renewed? Contracts are not renewed without an incentive.
