How to Leave a Rant
SprintRants.com is an open sounding page to let you release all that built up tention you have after you get done dealing with a sprint “customer service” representative. What is a rant you ask?
rant: a loud bombastic declamation expressed with strong emotion
Be loud, be bombastic, rant, don’t rave, and tell us all what you think about SprintPCS and Sprints customer service. Do you have a cell phone and dial *2 with them same distaste in your mouth as I do. If you do then leave a rant or comment on someone elses rant. Sprint has no way of knowing who left what so be real.
9 Rants this month
Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.

When you call technical support and you are speaking on the same phone that you need help with and you hear the automated system say this ” If you are calling from the same phone you need assistance with please call back from another number ” What part of that does a human being not understand ?
Comment by Smiley — November 1, 2008 @ 9:49 amSprint sent me a replacement for my broken new phone and I sent it back in the return envelope I received. That was the condition for me not to be charged to for the replacement, that I exchange the broken one for the replacement. Now they claim they never received the exchanged phone and are charging my account. They are threatening to cancel my service if I do not pay for the replacement, which I do not intend to do. There are plenty of phone companies in this country.
Comment by Anonymous — November 2, 2008 @ 11:31 amJust another example of sprint trying hard to not work through anyones issues. I’m thinking hard about changing from them as most of my family has done. Their phone selection stinks. Their customer service stinks. And I feel like each store is independent of the phone company as a whole. How can sprint do business like this?
Comment by Erik — November 11, 2008 @ 3:22 pmSprint sucks. I can’t put it any plainer.
Why they suck reason #1
It took them 4 years to change my name on my bill from my maiden name to my married name even though everytime I paid a bill with a check, I marked the ‘changes’ box and put new married name on back of bill and everytime I talked to these idiots (on the extraordinarily rare occasion I was able to field their phone prompt system to get to a human) and TOLD them to change my name on my bill, it just finally happened. After 4 years.
Why they suck reason #2
How is it that when I have a family plan of 500 min/month of $59.99 and adding unlimited text for $10/month my bill is regularly $130/month? Yes, my husband did use casual data of $10.35 but I still fail to see the math adding up to $130. Yeah, I know - access fees, taxes, etc.
Why they suck reason #3
Comment by MiddleofNowhere — November 12, 2008 @ 5:33 amIf you do, perchance get through to a human, you might end up shipped off to some call-center halfway across the world and interact with barely understandable associates who have not the slightest grip of the english language other than the script they are given.
Nice rant MiddleofNowhere! You said it. Call centers where the service reps don’t even understand the script they’re given, let alone venture away from the script to help you out.
What a joke sprint service has been, even in the face of a commercial where the CEO says to come on into a store and let a rep help you understand your phone. How about understanding your phone plan for a change. The store rep says one thing while the phone reps say another.
What a joke!

Comment by Simone — November 18, 2008 @ 2:12 pmYou probably couldn’t download music because of a user error and for everyone else moaning and complaining get a life because you obviously do not have one.
