How to Leave a Rant
SprintRants.com is an open sounding page to let you release all that built up tention you have after you get done dealing with a sprint “customer service” representative. What is a rant you ask?
rant: a loud bombastic declamation expressed with strong emotion
Be loud, be bombastic, rant, don’t rave, and tell us all what you think about SprintPCS and Sprints customer service. Do you have a cell phone and dial *2 with them same distaste in your mouth as I do. If you do then leave a rant or comment on someone elses rant. Sprint has no way of knowing who left what so be real.

Now let me get on to what I really think. The quality of typing you have shown is about par for the course with the quality of customer service we all receive. You have no punctuation and no grammar checking, which is obvious. It amazes me that you are willing to post here because you probably don’t have a cheat sheet to get you through the questions like you might on the phone.
I do hope you stick around though and help us through all our problems. There are so many I often find it difficult to name just a few. I will try and keep up with the backlog in my mind, but please bear with me.
Comment by Administrator — March 27, 2006 @ 10:57 pmyour right i just typed it in i work for alorica. i do tech support for sprint were having a problem with the new company thats making it harder on us to help you. its alorica there used to be about 1600 of us in the call center now there is about 800 we do all phones for all sprint customers so if you call please give us a little time for some moore info on the battle go to http://www.aloricasucks.com a lot of the good tech are leaving because of the change. i dont use a cheat sheet most of the stuff we use is online or we have to be at work to get it off the server but i will do what i can im verry good on treos still learning the windows 5.0 ive got both at home to help

I guess just hand around for more rants. I do warn you though this is basically a site to rant about how we are treated by sprint, your best bet isn’t to come here and explain how bad or why you’re service is poor. I would suggest staying on the lines and actually helping people when they call.
