About SprintRants
SprintRants.com was formed so customers who can’t seem to find their way out of sprints web can come and voice their frustrations. If you have sprint chances are good that you’ve had to deal with their customer service, or lack there of. You press your *2, you choose 1 for english or 2 for spanish, you deal with the poor voice recognition lady at the other end of the phone, repeat your instructions, enter your last four digits of your social, or maybe you just press 0 a bunch of times, but somehow you get to the hold the wonderful hold music with that wonderful lady coming back telling you how long your wait might be, might be.
You wait and wait, and then you wait some more, if you’re on peak hours you probably have been waiting for about 20 minutes. Isn’t it wonderful that you’ve wasted all this time with sprint and of course we can’t forget to mention that they charge you for *2 minutes, great idea.
Finally you are greeted by a person on the other end…
“Hello, Welcome where, What?” “Didn’t I press 1 for english”
No, thanks to outsourcing you have reached some distant land where the littel nuances of American sarcasm and humor are non-existant. You get a stick to the script overly polite person who is using the job more than likely to perfect their english prior to coming to the States to go to school. Good for them I say, nothing wrong with that, but by all means, can I talk to someone who can help.
Well, there you have it. Rants are just that and we are here to be your voicing board for all things wrong with sprint. Maybe you have unlocked a way to beat the system, maybe you have some update credits you want to share. Whatever it is, SprintRants.com is there for you to voice your sorrows.
Im a Spanish Customer Service Rep:
1. *2 Minutes are totally free…
2. If you are on hold 20 minutes is because of customers that cannot understand how to use a cellphone and they call every 5 minutes to customer service to ask for the phone number of his mom, to check the calls made by husband bcz cannot wait until invoice gets to the house..
3. Nobody likes to deal with english talkin person because most of them are mean with spanish reps,?just press the correct number to be assisted by english rep.
4. Nobody wants to go to united states to study, that may be boring and stupid.
5.?Hello, Welcome where, What?? ?Didn?t I press 1 for english? No! in fact, you didnt press 1 for english, look at the buttons on your phone, find number 1 button and press it when you hear the right instruction, thanks.

Thank I god I dont have any at my call center cause you could ask them to Go over the bill and the next thing you know, you calls disconnected and you call back in and You service is disconnected and it takes 3 months to get it active and waive the Early termination fee if you lucky, befor it goes it to Write Off status and gets sold to an Out side collections agency.
1. Spanish reps suck
2. *2 is free but we charge for voicemail minutes to check your voicemail
3. Dont diss the U.S or ill find you and kill you. I have that Power. All i need is your login ID and I can find out your Teamleads name, what call center your in and your First and Last name. Dont fuck with a Supervisor
4. 1 option is english, they just get spanish reps that try to speak english and they suck.
Oh yeah I hate you Spanish man.
