Hey Allie,

I can't believe you wrote all that in the little text box that I mistakenly put in here. The box is a little bigger now.

As for your comment. It's great for sprint customers that you are one of the ones who cares.

keep up the good work.

note that if you ever want to rant away about things go ahead and leave a rant.

Aloha,
Erik

I cannot speak for ALL customer service reps, but for many at the call center that I work at, we DO care. We seriously listen to our customers. There have even been several occasions when I would be on my break (keep in mind this is MY personal time) and got to talking to some of my co-workers, and if one of us were having a particularly hard time with a customer's problem, then we would help each other out. I even went so far one time as to going into the same account that another co-worker had been working on, to finish what he had started, because the customer needed a new phone, couldn't get one, so we were ordering him a phone, but being at the bottom of the barrel so to speak, we can only give credit up to a certain amount. So once Chris had done as much as he could, I got the account number, finished the credit and the order for the phone, and then called the customer back to let him know what we had done for him. So yes, SOME of us do care...
