Receiving “The Call” or “The Text”

It seems as though, as I look at my Google referrals, that a lot of people have been receiving the call from Sprint from phone number 866-463-3017 or the 4444 sprintfreemsg text message. Both of these are annoying and waste your minutes even though they come from sprint.

I have also found a lot more resources about how much sprints sucks and been posting them here to allow readers to venture all over to find out how much sprints sucks. You can also check out my June 2006 Sprint Rants page to see what others are saying. There are also some good links that people put up linking back to their own blogs about how much sprint has been sticking it to them.

Feel free to leave a rant on our rants page and spread the word about SprintRants.com.

    1. ah, googled to try to find the number and came across this site… That’s just beyond shady. One time when I had a billing dispute with Sprint and called using the *4 or whatever it is for the free support calls… I was instructed that I couldn’t make a billing dispute from a cell phone but had to use a landline telephone. Like I had one of those (I don’t know if their policy has changed, this was in the year 2000). I took a few year hiatus after they mucked up my billing about 5 different times in one year (yes, I got refunds of the money, but, not the late payment fees when I refused to pay my bill until they’d fixed the charges).

I am back with sprint now because of the mobile to mobile calling and the fact that I can now get 7pm evening minutes (for a fee, of course) that they sneakily did away with bit by bit back when it was included with service.

But, yuck, I can’t believe my own phone company is advertising to me when it’s costing me money. That’d disgusting and definitely unethical.
