Sprint Really Does Suck

OK, so maybe the title of this post is a little harsh, but if you found this page don’t you agree. I recently found a nice single page site dedicated to how much sprint sucks.

The person who developed the site went all out. You can truly feel their angst towards sprint. The site is equipped with a picture of the bill in question, a long detailed list of the interactions between accuser and sprint, as well as, get this, the audio from the phone conversations dealing with a sprint customer service representative at Harvard Collections.

Yes Sprint PCS’ collection agency contacted this guy and began calling everyday about a bill that sprint screwed up on. If you want to see what I’m talking about check out this link to my experiences with sprint. Seriously, it’s worth the phone conversations.

    1. Sprint technology is the worst on the market, bar none!
It is like the employed every hack engineer who couldn’t get a job writing software at AT&T or Verizon.
And the marketing travesty of the “Pre” is just maddening.
I have been on the waiting list since day one and STILL no Pre. What is more, and infuriating nobody can tell you anything, They don’t know where a customer is on the list or how many units are available or where you are on the list or when a shipment will arrive, they know nothing, absolutely nothing.
I certainly hope that Palm takes note of the absolutely terrible way Sprint is marketing this phone and moves it to other carriers. Sprint is a hack company with hack marketing professionals and hack technology engineers.
Buying a Rant is like buying an 8088 in the age of celerons and charging the same price…..
I so can’t wait to go back to Verizon, and I am considering just abandoning buying a Pre and going to AT&T for an iPhone, in fact I may do it today!

    2. I agree that Sprint does suck. I somehow left my internet on, even though it said all applications were shut down, and I was screwed for about $160 over my normal bill, which was about $65 a month. I now am with Verizon and have no such problems.
